1. In any app, tap the Share button.
2. Scroll the row of apps to the end and tap More.
3. Turn on Save to Brain (you can also drag it into Favorites).

Share a web page, link, image, PDF or text and you'll see "Saved to Brain". If you aren't signed in yet, open Agent Brain to sign in; your capture is kept and uploads afterwards.

iOS doesn't let apps run when you take a screenshot in another app. Agent Brain picks up new screenshots when you open it, while it's running, and during background refresh, which iOS schedules on its own and may not run at all if you force-quit the app or use Low Power Mode.

So new screenshots usually appear the next time you open Agent Brain. For an instant save, use the share sheet instead.

Automatic capture needs Photos access. "Limited" access only covers the photos you selected. You can pause capture for an hour, or skip all existing screenshots, in Settings.

1. Open the Connections tab and tap Connect an AI agent.
2. Give it a name, optionally change its permissions, and tap Create.
3. Copy the private link that appears and add it to your AI app. In Claude, go to Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. ChatGPT and other apps that support MCP have a similar setting.

The link is shown once and works like a password. If it leaks, open the connection and tap Regenerate URL; the old link stops working immediately. Apps that support signing in can instead connect to the service's /mcp address and you approve access in your browser.

Go to Settings → Privacy and turn off Cloud analysis. Nothing is sent to a cloud model while it's off, and captures are organized with on-device text and simple rules. On the same screen you can choose sensitive details that are never sent to the cloud, and block whole categories from every agent.

Tap the microphone button at the bottom of the Inbox. You can also use the Capture Thought shortcut from Siri, the Shortcuts app, or the Action Button (Settings → Action Button → Shortcut → Agent Brain → Capture Thought). Voice notes are transcribed on your iPhone when possible.

Go to Settings → Export my data. You'll get a JSON file with all your captures and settings that you can save or share.

Swipe left on any capture to delete it, or use Delete memory on its detail screen.

To delete your account, go to Settings → Delete account and confirm. This permanently deletes your captures, original files, projects, connected agents and all signed-in devices. It can't be undone, so export your data first if you want a copy.

Check your spam folder and make sure the address is spelled correctly. Codes expire after 10 minutes, so request a new one if it's been longer. You can also use Continue with Apple.
