Agreement

These terms govern your use of Agent Brain, including the iPhone app, the web app and the service behind them, operated by Worthy Software LLC. By using Agent Brain you agree to them. If you downloaded the iPhone app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if it conflicts with these terms for the iPhone app, Apple's agreement controls.

Your account

You need an account to use Agent Brain. Keep your devices and connection links secure; you're responsible for activity under your account, including by AI agents you connect. You must be at least 13 years old, or older where the law requires.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you save. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run Agent Brain for you, including sending it to the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy when cloud analysis is on, and to the AI agents you connect. Only save content you have the right to save.

AI and connected agents

Agent Brain uses AI to interpret your captures, and AI can be wrong. Check anything important before you rely on it. AI agents you connect are third-party services; what they do with the access you give them is governed by their own terms, and we're not responsible for their actions.

Acceptable use

Don't use Agent Brain to break the law, infringe others' rights, store content you're not allowed to have, try to access other users' data, disrupt or overload the service, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

Changes and ending the service

We may change or stop features. If we make material changes to these terms, we'll tell you in advance. You can stop using Agent Brain and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. If we ever shut the service down, we'll give you notice and time to export your data.

Disclaimers and liability

Agent Brain is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you haven't paid us. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
